Yoga, meditation and reiki (Japanese energy healing) continues to be three of my favorite tools to deeply relax and connect to my intuition.
This Yoga/Reiki/Clairvoyant Readings workshop includes all three!
The class begins with an opening discussion, gentle yoga, followed by a guided meditation.
Once you are in a relaxed state laying yoga mats, I offer reiki energy healing and write down intuitive messages that I privately share with you.
As a 500hr RYT, Reiki Master and clairvoyant medium I guide you towards developing your intuitive skills.
No prior experience needed.
